Beef cattle raising is a branch of agribusiness activity carried out by cattle raisers or livestock breeders, with cattle raising one of the largest branches of Brazilian agribusiness. The generation of new technologies leads to growth year after year, especially of large properties that use the improvements in order to achieve their growth. According to Brasília (2020, p. 60): “the growth forecast between 2019/2020 and 2029/2030 in the beef segment is a variation of 16.2% (thousand/t). According to the IBGE that year, 32.4 million heads were slaughtered across the country”, base year 2019. The case study and participant survey were used as a methodology. The typology in relation to the problem was qualitative. The issue listed was: What is the best way to demonstrate and value the breeding phases, breed and fatten beef cattle The general objective of this research is to show what is the best way to measure the creation phases (rearing, growing and fattening), in the stock control records, in agribusiness specifically for beef cattle in small properties. As a result, we highlight that the spreadsheet made available by EMBRAPA was completed, according to Costa et. al. (2017), in Excel 'Custobov', which provided the administrative and management controls for inventory control.
