Abstract

The image of fiction over the years has taken human understanding into multiple perspectives though it is not a popular statement. While ‘the fact’ remains the key to understanding any time period,all the other genres of writingthat contribute to the same time period should also be considered relevant. Dystopian fiction revolves around times of great pessimism and struggles but on keen observation, their existence seems to be calling out certain important aspects of the period.
